本应用不主动收集您的姓名、邮箱、电话号码、地理位置等可识别身份的信息。您在本应用中创建的本地内容（如作业、笔记、绘图）均仅保存在您的本地设备上，不会自动上传到任何服务器。
但当您主动使用本应用提供的图像处理功能时，相关数据会被发送至第三方服务进行处理，详情请见下文。

使用以上功能，您需要自行向 TextIn 申请 API Key（密钥），并在本应用中填写。所有与 TextIn 账户相关的费用、配额及条款，均由您与 TextIn 直接约定，本应用开发者不参与其中，也不承担任何相关责任。
数据流向：当您主动使用上述功能时，您选择的图片会被发送至 TextIn 的服务器进行处理。本应用开发者无法控制 TextIn 对这些数据的具体处理方式，也无法访问或存储这些图片。
第三方服务详情：
您的选择：您完全可以自主决定是否使用这些功能。如果不想上传图片，您仍然可以正常使用本应用的其他本地功能。
除上述 TextIn 功能外，本应用在正常运行过程中不会主动向其他服务器发送您的数据。
您上传至 TextIn 的图片，其处理和存储由 TextIn 按照其隐私政策进行。您本地保存的数据安全由您的设备保障，我们建议您定期备份本地数据。
本应用不主动收集儿童的个人信息。如果您是未成年人，请在监护人指导下使用本应用，并在使用需上传图片的第三方功能前获得监护人的同意。
如果我们未来添加了其他需要收集信息的功能，我们会更新本隐私政策，并在新版本中明确说明。

Thank you for using "Xinyi Homework Whiteboard" (the "App"). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
The App does not actively collect your name, email address, phone number, or location. All content you create locally in the App (such as homework, notes, and drawings) is stored only on your local device and is not automatically uploaded to any server.
However, when you actively use the image processing features provided by the App, relevant data will be sent to a third-party service for processing. Please see below for details.
The App integrates the TextIn image processing API, which includes the following features:
Important (BYOK Model):
To use these features, you need to obtain an API Key from TextIn and enter it in the App. All fees, quotas, and terms related to your TextIn account are agreed directly between you and TextIn. The App developer is not involved and bears no responsibility.
Data Flow: When you actively use the above features, the image you select will be sent to TextIn's servers for processing. The App developer cannot control how TextIn processes this data and cannot access or store your images.
Third-Party Service Details:
Your Choice: You decide whether to use these features. If you prefer not to upload images, you can still use all other local features of the App.
Except for the TextIn features described above, the App does not actively send your data to other servers during normal operation.
Images uploaded to TextIn are processed and stored in accordance with TextIn's privacy policy. The security of your locally saved data depends on your device. We recommend backing up your local data regularly.
The App does not actively collect personal information from children. If you are a minor, please use the App under the guidance of a guardian and obtain guardian consent before using the third-party features that require image uploads.
If we add other features requiring data collection in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and clearly describe the changes.
